According to the country's leader, for the sake of salvation, Cyprus is ready to improve relations with Turkey. Anastasiadis drew attention to the fact that the Turkish Cypriots also profit from the search for sources of gas: on this issue, there has been a rapprochement between the two communities of the islands.
The President noted that the first deliveries of Cypriot gas are expected in 2027. Those attracted to this company are already working on the Cyprus shelf. Gas supplies are possible in Egypt, where it will be liquefied for sale by tankers.
